- Information on the prevention of potential fraud attempts: The provider of our store system Shopify works with the payment service providers listed above. In the worldwide store network of Shopify, a fraud prevention / fraud prevention program through the encrypted transfer of payment data starts as soon as you enter your payment method and data which warns us if the IP address of an order is far away from the delivery location, if there were multiple orders of different accounts from the same IP address or several unsuccessful payment attempts were made. - Disclosure for business purposes: We may use support apps such as WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger or TawkTo Chat or mail programs such as Outlook, Mac Mail, and Gmail to establish communication with you to provide customer support.
- Backup/Data protection: We use the service Rewind.com from Third Blink Software Inc., a GDPR compliant service with servers in the EU for the purpose of restoring our store data in case store data has been destroyed, deleted or incorrectly processed due to a technical or manual error. This service is essential for us to be able to process orders again in case of data loss.
In our store, we offer alcoholic beverages. Depending on the regulations enforced in your country, you may buy these products and some other products only if you meet the age restrictions. For example, in Germany you are allowed to buy alcoholic beverages if you are at least 18 years old.
Note for minors and their parents
The website is not intended for persons under the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect personal information from children. - BON LOYALTY - When participating in our bonus program Corazón Club, activities such as creating a profile, placing orders, social network accounts likes, any shares, subscriptions, and invitations to friends are stored.
